What is PAR?
Generally speaking, the level of PAR value in the light output of LED lamps is relatively high. PAR (Photosynthetically Active Radiation) is a term often used for photosynthetically active radiation. It defines the type of light (which we call photoelectromagnetic radiation) that plant life needs to support photosynthesis. Through photosynthesis, plants convert light energy into chemical energy.

Defines Radiation for Photosynthesis (PAR), which is not a measurement or measure, like feet, inches or kilograms. PAR defines the type of light needed to support photosynthesis in plant life. The growth rate of organisms is directly affected by light exposure , Ultraviolet light with a wavelength of 300~400nm and near-infrared light (far-red light) with a wavelength of 700~800nm will affect the biochemical reaction and appearance of organisms. What is PPFD?
Photosynthetic Photon Flux Density (Photosynthetic Photon Flux Density) Corresponding to PPF is the number of micromoles radiated by the light source per second per square meter, in umol/m2s, which is the concept of density. Photosynthetic Photon Flux Density (PPFD), measurement Light (photons) reaching a target every second. Photons are the name physicists give to particles of light.
