What is use of Goniophotometer

it can measure all types of lighting sources, LED, Plant Lighting or HID luminaires such as indoor and outdoor luminaires, roadway luminaires, street lamps, flood lights and other kinds of luminaires.

System function

It is employed to test the luminous intensity distribution and all kinds of photometry parameters of floorlights, street light, indoor and outdoor lamps. Measured parameters including luminous intensity distribution curve, arbitrary cross-section of the luminous distribution curve, isocandela distribution curve, bright limit curve, zonal luminous flux, luminaires efficiency, glare, total luminous intensity, efficiency luminous flux, utilization factor, electricity parameters (power, power factor, voltage, current) and etc.

Goniophotometer darkroom requirements

According to the requirements of CIR70 and LM-79, 

1. Temperature requirements (around 25° environment) 

2. Darkroom wall requirements (matt black) 

3. Size requirements (more than 6 times the tested lamp, drawings can be provided)
