1. Before operation, the tester needs to check whether the signal lines, control lines and power lines between the various parts of the high-precision Goniophotometer system are normally connected
2. The system rotates the key switch on the cabinet panel to turn on the main power, then press the "Motor" button to turn on the power of the mechanical part, press the "Meter" button to turn on the power of the Goniophotometer tester and the angle measurement and control instrument in the cabinet, and then press the electrical parameter The meter switch turns on the power of the electrical parameter meter
3. Observe whether each test instrument in the cabinet is normally connected to the mechanical part at this time. Under normal conditions, all the reference signals in the instrument display "0", and all other data are displayed immediately; if "0" is displayed, it means that the test instrument and the mechanical part have failed to connect, turn off the power of each instrument in the cabinet, and restart just open
4. Turn the rocker switch on the cabinet panel to the "CF" file
Second, the measurement steps of the Goniophotometer
1. First use the measurement and control software or the current control instrument to rotate the instrument to make the dial indicator of the instrument return to zero, and set the angle value of the current test system to zero in the measurement and control software (offline measurement and control method)
2. Run the Goniophotometer measurement and control software to perform a series of parameter settings, measurement and data processing for the lamps under test
3. Click the "Save" button to save the test data
4. Click the "Exit" button to exit the system
5. Turn off the power of the lamp or light source under test, and remove the lamp or light source under test.
6. Turn off the power of each instrument in the cabinet, turn off the power of the mechanical part, and finally turn off the main power
